    Digital Performance Specialist

    Role Purpose

    • Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for leading the development team in deploying key analytics tools, Progressively drive plan to meet and maintain the digital key performance indicator (KPI) and ensure all digital KPIs are set to support effective business software solutions in line with Global/Local business and technical requirements for internal and external customers.

    Job Responsibility

    • The Digital Performance Specialist Will Define and set performance analytics tools to support processes of development in Digital ICT team.
    • Progressively drive plan to meet and maintain the digital key performance indicator (KPI) for web and App uptime 
    • Ensure Application Security and Effective Troubleshooting
    • Design and implement processes and tools to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery, maximizing the speed and quality of delivery across squads.
    • Identify and help in the adoption of key performance tools to Optimize activities to improve return on investment.
    • Actively track & manage key KPIs
    • Lead analysis with the architect to identify software solution opportunities for systems improvement using in-house resources, cost effective tools and industry best practices.
    • Identify gaps in the existing software solutions and processes to advise appropriately the Operational team and engage for an in-house fix or escalate to appropriate IT/Business unit or vendor to fix.

    Technical / Professional Skills

    • Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years Working experience in a DevSecOps capacity, preferably as a DevOps Engineer
    • At least 5 years’ experience in developing software solutions and supporting Applications in a Telecoms or equivalent IP/IT environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of telecoms and the subscriber interaction processes is highly desired.
