Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited, is looking to fill the following vacancy within its Corporate Bank Division: Group / Divisional Head, Corporate Bank

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

•  Support the Managing Director in delineating and developing industry and target segments and strategies o increase market share
•  Grow the corporate and investment banking customer base by signing on new customers and wallet sizing existing customers to attain high returns
•  Liaise and provide leadership to RMs and unit heads in areas of expertise, particularly regarding provision of facilities to customers and customer recruitment’s
•  Conduct formal appraisal of subordinates performance

Qualification Required & Experience

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree
•  Minimum of 5 years experience in a business management role
•  Good experience in lending at a corporate level and exposure to credit and sophisticated corporate products
•  Experience, awareness and appreciation of all aspects of balance sheet management in banking
•  Proven leadership and people management skills
