Operation Technology Specialist (mining) at Globe 24-7

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified
• Electric or Electronic Engineering Desirable
• Post graduate Project Management Key experiences needed prior to taking this position
• Proven experience with Automation Technology (AT) project or maintenance in heavy industry for a minimum of 10 years.
• Minimum of 5 years leading teams
• Proven experience in the implementation of Communication and Information Technology (CIT) or AT projects until final acceptance of final client
• Fluency in English Desirable
• Prior experience in similar operational or project roles in Africa, particularly West Africa with demonstrated and measurable positive outcomes will be an advantage
• Be physically fit and be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
• The OT Specialist is responsible for all Operational Technology together with Electrical execution for all machines of Concentrator area, as well the projects of information & communication technology systems, automation technology systems, and designed operational readiness plan related to its correlated maintenance systems.
• He/she will also propose solution and continuous improvement for Electrical execution, OT systems with AM systems stakeholders and OEM.
