Post graduate Project Management Key experiences needed prior to taking this position
Proven experience with Automation Technology (AT) project or maintenance in heavy industry for a minimum of 10 years.
Minimum of 5 years leading teams
Proven experience in the implementation of Communication and Information Technology (CIT) or AT projects until final acceptance of final client
Fluency in English Desirable
Prior experience in similar operational or project roles in Africa, particularly West Africa with demonstrated and measurable positive outcomes will be an advantage
Be physically fit and be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
The OT Specialist is responsible for all Operational Technology together with Electrical execution for all machines of Concentrator area, as well the projects of information & communication technology systems, automation technology systems, and designed operational readiness plan related to its correlated maintenance systems.
He/she will also propose solution and continuous improvement for Electrical execution, OT systems with AM systems stakeholders and OEM.
