    Job Description
     If you are a Recruitment Expert looking for a global career, do not miss this opportunity!

    • As a Recruitment Expert, you will set the path to success by facilitating our recruiting initiatives that will result in hiring quality talents.

    Recruitment Expert in this role gets to:

    •  Conduct Initial/Language/Top Grading interviews for all applicants
    •  Handle relocators (hires from offsite centers and activities)
    •  Process onboarding and generation of employee IDs and NT logins of new-hires
    •  Manage and maintain Recruitment database and demographics - Create weekly and monthly reports (Callout, Leads ge


    Qualifications
    Our most successful candidates will have: 

    •  Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field 
    •  Minimum of 3 years of officer/supervisory level experience in a BPO setting (Volume Hiring) 
    •  Willing to work in Taguig - Willing to work in a shifting schedule
