Staff in this grade will be required to perform work that requires the exhibition of sound and mature judgment, a high sense of responsibility, initiative and discretion.
Duties will mainly be of a general, executive nature involving the investigation of matters of complexity and the execution of specific assignments.

Qualification Required & Experience
Candidate for this position must either
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/ Social Science/Management etc. awarded by a recognized University with not less than 4 years’ in a University or similar institutions
Or
Hold an HND with 4 years post qualification experience
Or
ICSA Pre- Professional Level 2 with at least a years of relevant working experience.
In all cases, candidates must be computer literate.
