Transportation Coordinator at Alisa Hotels

Qualification/Experience Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2 years working experience in a similar position

Job Description

The job description includes, but not limited to the following;

• Help manage the hotel’s vehicles, drivers and all related issues
• Update management regularly on fleet status, performance and expenses
• Ensure that all hotel vehicles are properly repaired, when necessary, and follow a well-established preventive maintenance plan
• Develop, establish and maintain control measures for keeping costs within budget and for preventing wastage and losses
• Ensure excellent driver behaviour and excellent transport services to guests
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on vehicle logs, etc.
• Actively participate in the recruitment of new drivers and their orientation and training
• Participate in the activities of the hotel’s drivers (i.e., transporting people and goods)
