    Underwriting Officer

    Role Purpose    

    • Assists the Underwriting team in Operational duties.

    Requirements    

    • A first degree in the social science, business administration or a related field with at least 2 years work experience is required.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Ensure all New Business is captured and validated upon receipt
    • Ensure all New Business with first premium received is accepted
    • Mandate processing and pre- validation of banks details  
    • Policy maintenance and Alterations
    • Provide weekly report as required
    • Perform any other task assigned within your framework

    • Key competencies include teamwork, attention to detail, integrity, business acumen, collaboration
