    Sales Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
    • Negotiate tender and contract terms
    • Administer client accounts
    • Analyse costs and sales
    • Prepare reports
    • Meet regular sales targets
    • Record and maintain client contact data
    • coordinating sales projects
    • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    • Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
    • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
    • Liaise with other members of the team and other technical experts
    • Help in the design of custom-made products
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience

    HVAC Engineer

    About th Job

    • Calculate Heating and Cooling Needs of clients. Determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when 
    • needed.
    • Must Interpret, Design, Draft Plans and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects. Design duct-work and piping systems.
    • Calculate Ventilation Requirements based on the types of systems needed.
    • Determine Budget Costs and write up detailed budget estimates.
    • Must be a team player and collaborate with architects and other engineers.
    • Adhere to All Building Codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary.
    • Must have good customer relations and be analytical in thinking.
    • Develop detailed design for HVAC system
