    Technical Manager

    About The Job

    Job Description:

    • Our client who provides Information Technology (IT) solutions require an experienced Technical Manager to join their team.
    • Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you will be primarily assisting and supporting the Chief Technical Officer to drive the company’s strategy on service offering to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works closely with the Service Delivery Controller to ensure effective delivery, monitoring, and management of the company’s Technical Projects and Service Level Agreements with clients and sub-contractors.
    • Design and Package of innovative technological solutions from the Club of Partner Original Equipment Manufacturers, to offer to new and existing clients.
    • Liaise with the sales team and provide support in the design of solutions and proposals for clients to increase company turnover and profitability.
    • Ensure timely receipt of client payments for completed projects.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or any related field.
    • Professional certifications in Networking or Enterprise Systems (eg. CCNA), Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is mandatory.
    • Certification in ITIL, HP, Del, Lenovo system is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the IT industry or similar and with not less than three (3) years in leadership and management role.
    • Must have experience in Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Certification and relations.
    • Ability to understand market trends and have a strategic mindset to grow the business and solve problems.
    • Proficient understanding of server and desktop hardware, operating systems, Network Technologies, firewalls and load balancers, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (Design, Security, and Administration), Server virtualization, Knowledge of Messaging and Collaboration systems (MS Exchange, SharePoint, Archiving, Cisco Unified Communication, ITIL).
    • Excellent leadership, team management, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), result-oriented, and time management.
    • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

    Human Resources Manager

    About The Job

    Job Description:

    • Our technology retail solutions focused client requires an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team.
    • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the entire aspects of human resource operations relating to implementing approved HR strategies, and organizational and operational activities such as recruitment, performance review, employee relations, training & development, and compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and its approved initiatives which is aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Support the business goal focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, ensuring effective performance management, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, and ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations.
    • Oversee the planned recruitment activities.
    • Establish an inclusive and conducive working environment and drive strong colleague engagement through employee communications and creative activities and events and ensure proactive follow up on engagement survey results and ongoing feedback.
    • Handle all employee relations (grievance, disciplinary) issues proactively.
    • Develop and maintain employee benefit programs.
    • Oversee and support manager colleagues in the implementation of performance and talent management and succession planning processes and follow up on the development and mobility of internal talent, including effective management of promotions, transfers, and secondment.
    • Submit monthly HR status report to management for decision in alignment with strategy.

    Requirements:

    • A master’s degree and/or a relevant professional accreditation would be a plus.
    • At least a minimum of four (4) years of working experience in HR management role in the same or similar industry.
    • Practical experience in managing activities to achieve strategy plans along with leadership skills.
    • Ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Effective communication (oral and written) and listening skills.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient level in computer skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), including experience with HR information systems and metrics.
    • Understanding of local labour and local policies, regulations, and market practices.

    Senior Network Engineer

    About The Job

    Job Description

    • Our client who provides Information Technology (IT) solutions require an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join their team.
    • Reporting to the Technical Manager and being a part of the Network & Security (N&S) Team Unit, you will be primarily responsible for leading initiatives in the design & implementation of network and network security solutions for clientele in line with the company’s strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Undertake periodic OEM certifications in line with fulfillment of OEM requirement for the Company's Partner status.
    • Establish direct impact on project delivery and support the service delivery controller in adherence to signed service level agreements (SLA’S).
    • Ensure timely receipt of client payments for completed projects.
    • Liaise with the sales team and provide support in the design of solutions and proposals for clients to increase company turnover and profitability.
    • Provide periodic network training and associated best practices to work colleagues.
    • Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware and operating systems.
    • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
    • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
    • Monitor system resource utilization, performance and ensure system availability and reliability of networks.
    • Provide Level-1& 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve networking issues.
    • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
    • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
    • Evaluate system utilization, monitor response time, and provide primary support for detection and correction of operational problems.
    • Prepare progress and specifications reports for review by the Technical Manager and /or Chief Technical Officer.

    Requirements:

    • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineer, Network Engineer, Network Security Management or any related field.
    • Minimum three (3) years working experience with the any of the following valid certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Inter-network Expert (CCIE) is mandatory.
    • Valid certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Fortinet Equivalents, ITIL, PMP, and WCNA (Wireshark) is an added advantage.
    • Extensive working experience in network administration, design, and implementation or similar role.
    • Experience working with HP, Del, Lenovo products as an added advantage.
    • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
    • Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
    • Knowledge of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and network management tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively.
    • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, team playing and time management skills.
