    Accounts Officer

    Job Purpose

    •  Provide administrative support for the Finance Department by performing clerical tasks including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budget inputs, banking cash, performing customer and vendor liaison functions / communications, managing stocks and discharging with other duties, as needed

    Summary Responsibilities

    •  Assisting with preparing statutory accounts
    •  Working with purchases ledgers and journals
    •  Recording and filling cash transactions
    •  Petty cash management
    •  Invoice processing and filing
    •  Processing expense requests
    •  Bank and creditors reconciliation
    •  Asset Register management
    •  Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
    •  Filing and maintenance of transaction documentation
    •  Assisting with audits, record verification and resolving discrepancies

    Reporting Structure

    Job Level: Entry Level
    Reports To: Senior Accountant

    Qualification Required & Experience

    •  Dip. / Degree in Accounting/Finance
    •  A professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage
    •  Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role
    •  Previous experience with relevant accounting software is preferred

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    •  Proficient in Pastel or relevant accounting software
    •  Proficient with Microsoft Spreadsheet
    •  Competent at Bookkeeping
    •  High numeracy and problem-solving skills
    •  Meticulous and attentive to details

    Field Sales Consultants

    Job Purpose

    • Principal point of contact between the business and its customers
    • The Field Sales Consultant would support customers by selling products and meeting ancillary needs

    Summary Responsibilities

    • Under the auspices of the marketing department, reach out to target markets
    • Developing and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
    • Reaching out with product information to customers and encouraging purchases
    • Managing customer enquiries and escalating unresolved concerns

    Relationship Officer

    Job Purpose

    • Ensuring convenient customer experience by helping with customer onboarding setting up transactional accounts and signing up for the company's product.
    • The incumbent will manage customer journeys to ensure seamless and convenient account creation and product usage, while maintaining strict compliance with all company and procedures

    Summary Responsibilities

    • Primary contact doe all new customer account opening for all products by providing detailed account walk throughs
    • Create repeatable processes, resources and frameworks to use when onboarding customers
    • Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sales through successful implementation
    • Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation
    • Work with sales teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and maintain high level customer service
    • Leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement and update to customer onboarding process and procedures
    • Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper delivery of customer support
    • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
    • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
    • Adhere to expected level of due-diligence, internal policies and KYC norms while opening new customer accounts
    • Education customers and ensure best practices are in place to enhance expectations

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • HND / Degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years credit background
    • Must wield strong understanding of operational and quality assurance procedures

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • In-depth understanding of credit and deposit management procedures
    • In-depth knowledge of financial risks and potential fraud mitigation
    • Knowledge of service quality principles and practices
    • Product knowledge
    • Working knowledge and understanding of credit and deposit accounts and relevant processes
    • Customer centric
    • Teamwork / Cooperation
    • Problem solving / Analytical
    • Output oriented / results driven interpersonal
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High attention to details
    • Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude
