    Cyber Security – Sales Executive

    Tenth Generation Technology Systems is seeking to employ Sales Executives for their Cyber Security department in Accra.
    Expectations and Tasks

    • Selling cyber security products and services to prospective customers, using solution selling concepts.
    • Maintain current customer relationships and expand footprint by selling additional products and services.
    • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers and prospects. Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations.
    • Represent the company at industry events in territory or broader events when needed.
    • Provide input to the engineering and development teams to refine the solutions that will meet the current and future needs of the market
    • Work with marketing to create multi-channel marketing campaigns for the acquisition and retention of customers
    • Maintain customer interactions and proposals, while updating sales process status of specific opportunities in Salesforce.

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • 2 years experience selling enterprise technology solutions with preference being in cyber security, including both product and services.
    • Solid track record of quota attainment and new client acquisition.
    • Ability to communicate relevant information in a timely manner
    • Strong analytical thinking
    • Bachelor's Degree

    SAP Products (A1) – Sales Executive

    Tenth Generation Technology Systems is seeking to employ Sales Executives for their SAP Products (A1) department in Accra.

    Role Description

    • Responsible for building and leading a world-class team that will sell SAP's solutions via aggressive and value-based market penetration strategies.

    Expectations and Tasks

    • Recruits a team of high caliber sales talent, introduce strong sales processes, support the development of a full pipeline of sales prospects, engages customers and Partners at the executive level, motivates the sales team, removes barriers and provides recognition in the pursuit and achievement of sales revenue and profitability.
    • Defines a vision and creates a winning strategy that responds to specific market needs, generating competitive advantage on existing markets and developing consistent new revenue streams that will guarantee short and long-term achievements.
    • Monitors and takes necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generations for sustainable growth.
    • Builds a network of executive relationships across industry, community arid business groups, and with customers to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, providing meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow their business through integrated solutions.
    • Stays current and informed on all new campaigns, understanding their objectives and relevance, communicating to Sales team and ensuring all involved know the roles they play in making campaigns successful.
    • Drives team towards expected market penetration and customer satisfaction levels.
    • Inspires and influences internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and aiming goals achievement.
    • Drives each Sales team member towards expected quarterly and annual sales objectives.
    • Facilitates alignment and effective communication within Sales team and internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction.
    • Effectively manages remote resources, dedicating quality time and leveraging company's resources.

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • Bachelor's equivalent

    • 2 years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions Proven track record in business application software sales.
    • Experience leading/managing in a team selling environment.
    • Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
    • Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.
    • Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies
    • Proven abilities on managing highly complex organisations and applying mitigation strategies to customer

    Document Management – Sales Executive

    Tenth Generation Technology Systems is seeking to employ Sales Executives for their Document Management department in Accra.

    Expectations and Tasks

    • Attain targeted sales for territory or assigned accounts by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects
    • Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain required pipeline of prospect accounts
    • Qualify, research, track and develop leads into viable business opportunities Effectively articulate the value proposition to multiple organisational levels Develop strong business cases, proposals and presentations for sales opportunities
    • Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales
    • Participate in trade shows, conferences and industry events to build industry and customer awareness of company services and solutions
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, as well as customer requirements, and provide informed feedback to the company.

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • 2 years of consultative sales experience in an enterprise or large account sales environment selling digital conversion services
    • A strong hunter mentality — the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities, then upsell within the account
    • Previous experience selling document imaging, EDM, content management, BPM, or similar applications will be an advantage
    • Technical awareness — can confidently converse with IT personnel Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales results
    • Ability to grasp and map processes and corresponding document and information flows between departments
    • Proven record of exceeding quota in previous positions
    • Demonstrated ability to win competitive major account sales
    • Solid business acumen -- strong understanding of how businesses operate across functional areas
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
