    Senior Service Engineer

    • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and quotas assigned to areas of responsibility by management.
    • Manage the complete scope of shutdown services in the designated markets.
    • Maximize knowledge of install base to generate sales though creation of life cycle plans.
    • Make presentations of products to existing and potential customers in a bid to develop business. Travel to customer sites to present solutions, resolve technical issues and close orders. Conduct product training sessions at distributors or customer sites.
    • Review customer RFQ’s and POs, ensure timely responses and high quality execution.
    • Generate call reports on a weekly basis and present to management in order that full knowledge of sales activities of the territory are recorded.
    • Attend sales meeting and trade shows/conferences at the request of the Company.
    • Works closely with customers’ and convey their requirements to Product Marketing Team.
    • Represent the Company in a professional and ethical manner.
    • This position requires customer-oriented sales mindset and solid experience in providing customized solutions to customers in the Process Industry.
    • Degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical / electrical, computer science, or control systems. (Minimum technical College level).
    • Minimum five years sales/service experience and/or proven successful track record serving the flow control market, focusing on valves and pneumatic components in Process Industry.
    • Good communications skills and fluent in English –written and spoken.
    • Availability to work non-office hours and perform call-out services, if applicable.
    • Self-driven, team player mentality and ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Possess own transport and driving license.
