    Business Development Manager

    The purpose of this position

    • Provide a sound strategy to acquire and maintain existing business
    • Provide sound sales and marketing strategy to CEO, executive management and other senior management
    • To ensure the company meets its Sales targets as set out by management
    • Oversees all sales and marketing related issues

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Marketing
    • Experience in customer acquisition
    • Motivated and good at closing transactions

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    • Developing of Sales and marketing strategy in line with company targets
    • Building market position
    • Managing market territory
    • Work in close cooperation with the CEO to ensure that an appropriate Sales and Marketing policy framework is in place to guide that company’s decision-making
