    Sales and Marketing Assistant

    The purpose of this position

    • Provide assistance and the necessary input to develop strategy to acquire and maintain existing business
    • Provide an effective Sales and Marketing service to the company
    • Act as the leading interface between customers and the Business development manager
    • Assist in all Sales and Marketing related issues

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • Bachelors Degree, MBA Marketing
    • Experience in Sales and Marketing role

    • Significant Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in medium size manufacturing business

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assisting the Business Development Manager design sales and marketing strategy in line with company targets
    • Assist in building and managing market position and market territory
    • Work in close cooperation with the BDM to ensure that an appropriate Sales and Marketing policy framework is in place to guide that company’s decision making
