    Key Account Manager

    Description

    • We are seeking for a Key Account Manager who will be expected to develop, and administer account management plans and processes to expand and maintain customer base, enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives for key accounts in line with business and sales objectives, Group guidelines and policies.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire, nurture and develop new businesses
    • Realize the sales goals for the relevant key accounts
    • Plan and provide customer support and consulting
    • Coordinate acquisition and requirements-oriented / customer-specific preparation of proposals
    • Coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to optimally meet the customers’ needs
    • Participate in pricing and/or discounting for assigned key accounts and actively support contractual negotiations with the assigned key accounts with the aim of achieving the best possible conditions for DPDHL
    • Contribute independently to sales planning and perform sales activities for the key accounts (e.g., revenue planning, customer communication, customer visits, (marketing) events, etc.)
    • Contribute independently to identifying market/growth potential and observing the competitors, and know their service spectrum, price structure, and price policy
    • Draft forecasts and account plans independently
    • Process complex projects independently
    • Apply best practices for the optimization of Key Account Management processes and services
    • Identify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and modify work methods accordingly
    • Works on regional customer initiatives and for implementing global business plan contents
    • Plans and manages accounts
    • Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectation (SLAs & SOPs)
    • Coordinates with CRM’s on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews etc.
    • Updates CRMs and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness of business critical issues
    • Consults CRMs and Sector Heads on potential solutions and best practice


    Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • At least three (3) years’ previous experience in Sales with the logistics or a similar industry
    • Previous experience with AFR / OFR & RFR
    • Customer management experience
    • Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships
    • Results driven and attention to details
    • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work alone and within a team environment
    • Honest, reliable and trust worthy

    Tele Sales Executive

    Description

    • We are seeking for a Tele Sales Executive who support to develop and administer tele sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for small and mid-sized customers in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the administration of tele sales plans and inbound/ outbound call processes for small to mid-sized accounts
    • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, understand customer needs, promote and sell products/ services, close sales
    • Undertake predominantly routine customer situations, sometimes may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures with the assistance of a computerized system
    • Assess customer needs and suggest/ promote alternative products/ services based on general understanding or organization, its products/ services
    • Enter and refer to data and information by navigating a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
    • Prepare implementation plans and execute campaigns supporting acquisition and retention programs for tele sales
    • Write scripts and call guides in support of inbound and outbound tele calling campaigns
    • Create job aids, reference guides and communication tools to support the performance of the tele sales team
    • Compile and publish research information into knowledge base to be used by tele sales team
    • Document and update changes on department procedures
    • Understand impact of communications and messaging on tele sales business metrics
    • Undertake management of special projects for department
    • Create databases to support information access
    • Regularly check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes, make minor changes without significantly modifying defined methods, standards and/ or procedures
    • Convince and sometimes negotiate with external parties that share a common desire to reach agreement on complete proposals / programs

    Export Operations Specialist

    Description

    • We are seeking for an Export Operations Specialist who will administer import / export plans and processes to provide preparation and clearance documentation through the relevant authorities and guide as well as  advise customers on import / export operations and regulations in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer import/ export plans and processes to optimize service and performance
    • Perform transactional operational tasks related to import/ export in adherence to regulations and internal procedures
    • Undertake import/ export entries and support operational activities as per internal procedures and latest local customs regulations
    • Prepare calculations for duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight and volume of merchandise imported/ exported from/ to foreign destinations
    • Draft, distribute and archive all required import/ export documents
    • Check invoices and shipping documents to enhance accordance with federal regulations
    • Verify entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggest routine corrective actions in case of deviations
    • Ensure export / import operations are as per business guidelines and compliant with set expectations
    • Administer IT systems related tasks to provide updated information on shipment
    • Cooperate with internal functions such as customer service, product, sales, etc.
    • Connect with overseas office to check and verify shipment information
    • Resolve recurring issues, and suggest enhancements for import/ export work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectation (SLAs & SOPs)


    Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • At least two (2) years’ previous experience in Export Operations and documentations.
    • Knowledge of Customs Regulations and Declaration
    • Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships
    • Results driven and attention to details
    • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work alone and within a team environment
    • Honest, reliable and trust worthy
