    New Business Executive

    Job Purpose

    • Achieve Land Sales targets for industrial Parks and all other land development projects for Land Holdings Group

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Achieve all Sales target requirements are achieved through a diligent and intelligent approach.
    • Locates potential sales deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities. ·
    • Assist in the planning, designing and implementation of Marketing Communication Efforts
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements. ·
    • Design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth and countering industry competition.
    • Develop and deliver the Sales plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate sales reports.
    • Build referral and lead generation network.
    • Liaise with various consultants and contractors on the project · Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential ·
    • Work closely with the Marketing Communications department to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth and countering industry competition ·
    • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.

    Water Plant Technician

    Job Purpose

    • Keep all system components (i.e., source, storage and distribution) functioning efficiently and effectively.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare, file and maintain all records of meter readings, gauges, equipment, correspondence and customer complaint log in the plant.
    • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure that all complaints/challenges are responded to and resolved quickl
    • Conducts routine preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment in the plant, prepare and submit report on findings to appropriate stakeholders.
    • Document all periodic assessment and integrity of the efficiency of system components (e.g., pumps and valves) of the Facility.
    • Conduct frequent system and security checks and inspections of the facility to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
    • Make sure that all safety protocols are adhered to and duly complied to in the plant.

    Environmental Health and Safety Officer

    Job Purpose

    • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of health and safety strategies and policies to minimize and remove accidents, work related illness and injuries.
    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Conduct continuing education to provide and update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.
    • Enforce compliance of health and safety policies and rules to achieve zero fatality on all sites.
    • Conduct daily inspection of facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions to prevent injuries or illness in the workplace.
    • Investigate and report on causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.
    • Provide management information by preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports to project leadership.
    • Maintaining records of accidents, complaints, maintenance activities, inspections, and other activities related to environmental health and safety.
    • Ensures that costs are kept within the approved budget limit.
    • Trains staff on emergency response procedures and carries out periodic drills and exercises to test efficacy of the emergency response procedures.
