Responsibilities:

•  To prospect new partners (importers, fx business) in Ghana in order to sign cooperation agreement with them;
•  To establish partnership with key players in cryptocurrency market and import/export in Ghana;
•  To build relationships with potential clients and partners in order to get access to new opportunities;
•  Drive revenue progression and grow the firm’s customer base by meet/exceeding sales targets;
•  Work collaboratively with internal teams building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure all strategies are aligned, and goals are being achieved;
•  To meet deadlines and to drive revenue according to Company’s business plan.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

•  5+ years’ experience within sales / business development / account management;
•  Strong relationships / client base within import/export, foreign exchange and financial services;
•  Background knowledge of cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain is strongly preferred;
•  Financial Solution sales is highly desirable;
•  Start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit;
•  Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities:

•  Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department;
•  Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy;
•  To meet deadlines.
•  Recruiter main responsibility will be to hire sales managers from FX/import-export area who will join our team (main requirements are 5+ years’ experience within sales / business development / account management; strong relationships / client base within import/export, foreign exchange and financial services.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  5+ years’ experience within Human Resources/Recruitment/Talent Management in financial services/ foreign exchange /import-export area;
•  Bachelor’s Degree;
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
•  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
